Your Privacy

MindRev is not intended for clinical, diagnostic or treatment purposes. However, we recognize that information you choose to provide through your interactions with Coach Matt and features like your LifePrint and Coach Log may include information about your experiences, thoughts, goals and state of mind. We treat that information as highly sensitive and apply appropriate privacy and security safeguards accordingly.

MindRev may also collect account and contact information, app activity and usage information, device and technical information and transaction or subscription records. We collect this information through information you provide directly, your use of MindRev and the technologies and service providers used to operate the app.

MindRev does not use cookies. The app keeps your sign-in and your settings in local storage on your own device.

We use this information to provide and personalize MindRev features, maintain your account and app history, enable Coach Matt and other app functionality, process and administer subscriptions and transactions, provide customer support, protect the security and integrity of the service, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot technical issues and improve app functionality and performance.

We do not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from those described in this Privacy Policy. Where we use data for analytics or collective insights, we use de-identified or aggregated data. See Terms of Use for the full detail.

MindRev uses established, trusted third-party service providers for functions that may include cloud hosting, authentication, generative tools, analytics and payment processing. Personal information provided to these services is limited to what is necessary for the function each provider performs. Any third party with whom MindRev shares user data is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as stated in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable platform and privacy requirements.

Coach Matt's replies and your LifePrint summary are generated by Google's AI service. To do this, MindRev sends Google what you type or say to Coach and the conversation so far, along with details that make the reply personal to you: your name, your Profile answers, your LifePrint, your personality type, your Coach Log entries, your Mindset Guardrails answers, your RevPoints total and what Coach remembers from earlier conversations. When Coach Matt's voice reads a reply aloud, the text of that reply is sent to ElevenLabs to create the audio. You give permission for this sharing when you accept the Terms of Use before entering the app. MindRev sends these providers only what these features need, and only to provide them.

MindRev retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account and app history, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and satisfy legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or regulatory requirements. When you delete your account, personal information associated with that account is deleted unless limited information must be retained for one of these legitimate purposes. Any retained information is kept only for as long as the applicable purpose requires and is not used for unrelated purposes. Information that no longer needs to be retained is deleted or de-identified.

You may withdraw consent for optional data collection or processing where applicable. You may also request deletion of your personal information or your MindRev account and its associated data through https://mindrev.app/delete-account/ or by contacting support@mindrev.app. These options remain available if you no longer have the MindRev app installed.

Payment and subscription transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. MindRev does not store complete payment card details and does not use payment information for purposes unrelated to processing and administering transactions.
